What are the payment methods?
We offer you different solutions to pay for your order. All of these payment methods are secure and free of additional charges:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Carte Bleue,

How to get an invoice?
To obtain an invoice, you must contact Customer Service at this email address (support@odinshall.com). Please be sure to provide your order number to our service.
Why is my favorite payment method not available?
We are sorry if your preferred payment method is not available for your order.
But we are currently working with two different payment providers, Stripe and PayPal.
However, it is possible that in the future, we will work with other payment providers to
offer you more payment options.
I have a promo code, where can I use it?
After filling your cart, you can enter your promo code at the "Validation" step of your order.
Enter the discount code in the "Promo Code" field.
- Then click "OK" to validate the discount voucher. The value will then be automatically deducted from the order amount.
- Complete your order. However, it is not possible to combine promo codes.
I have confirmed my order, but I forgot to enter my promo code, what should I do?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we can no longer apply the addition of a promo code.
Returns and Refunds
How to return one or more items for a refund?
If you wish to return your product for a refund, you must contact our support (support@odins-hall.com) to be informed of the return procedures.
Please note, however, that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
The complete processing of your return may take up to 14 days.
Your refund will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take up to 14 days between the receipt of your package by the logistics provider and the processing of the return in our warehouse. Even if the tracking link indicates that your return has already been received in our warehouses, we may need this time to process your return.
We will send you a refund confirmation email.
The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 business days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.

How to cancel your order?
To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service quickly. We try to ship our orders as soon as possible, which is why the time to cancel your order is very limited. In the worst case, you can return your order to us to request a refund.
Is there a warranty?
All our products come with a 6-month warranty. We take care of any issues with your products if they do not match their description or are defective. Depending on your choice, you will either receive a replacement shipment or a refund.
Are there any customs fees?
For the vast majority of our products, there are no customs fees. However, with products like axes or shields, some fees may occur. Nevertheless, if you send proof of these fees to our customer service, we will refund you immediately.
How to modify your order?
Ordering the wrong item is a common problem. If you need to change your order, you must contact our customer service quickly so they can modify your order in time. In the worst case, you can return your products to us for exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Once your order is confirmed on our site, we commit to shipping it within 1 to 2 business days. If the delivery address is in Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 days. You can trust our preparation team who does everything possible to protect your package and ship it under the best conditions.
Exceptions: Our axes and shields may require an additional delay (7 to 15 days). This is due to stricter customs control and the fact that some items are made to order to ensure their quality. We always strive to minimize these delays to provide you with your products as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking right here. Please have the email address used when placing your order as well as your order number ready.
My order tracking is stuck, what should I do?
It could be an issue on the tracking service side itself. Contact the technical support (support@odins-hall.com) of the service for further information.
Delivery times have been exceeded, what should I do?
If the delivery times are clearly exceeded and you have not yet received your order, we recommend that you contact us to obtain more precise information about the status of your package. We will be able to provide you with information about any delays and the steps to follow.
Are there any delivery fees?
We do everything possible to make shipping as affordable as possible for you. For any order under €50, the shipping fee is €3.90. However, we are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over €50. Take advantage of this opportunity to discover our wide range of Viking jewelry.
Customer account
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?". You will need to enter your email address and click "Send" to receive an email containing a link. (Note: this email may take some time to arrive and may appear in your spam/junk folder). Click on the link in the reset email when you receive it, and you will be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use this new password to log into your account.
How to create a customer account?
Each customer can only have one customer account on Odin’s Hall.
- Go to the registration page
- Enter your email address, first name, last name, and password in the specified fields and
confirm by clicking the "Create an account" button
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your account.
