What payment methods are available?

We offer a range of payment options. All these payment methods are secure and free of charge:

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue,
  • PayPal
  • Gift voucher

How do I get an invoice?

To obtain an invoice, please contact our after-sales service at this e-mail address(support@odinshall.com). Be sure to give our service your order number.

Why isn't my preferred payment method available?

We are sorry if your preferred payment method is not available for your order.

But we currently work with two different payment providers, Stripe and PayPal.

But in the future, we may work with other payment providers to
offer you more payment choices.

I have a coupon code, where can I use it?

After completing your shopping basket, you can enter your discount code at the "Checkout" stage of your order.

Enter the discount code in the "Promo Code" field.

  • Then click on "OK" to validate the coupon. The value will then be automatically deducted from the order amount.
  • Finalize your order. Promo codes cannot be combined.

I've confirmed my order, but I forgot to enter my promotional code. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible for us to take into account the addition of a promotional code.

How do I return one or more items for a refund?

If you wish to return your product for a refund, please contact our support team(support@odins-hall.com) to find out how to do so.

Please note, however, that all returns are at the customer's expense.

How do I return one or more items for size change?

If you wish to change your product for a different size, you must contact our support(support@odins-hall.com) to find out how to return it.

How do I return one or more items for exchange?

If you wish to exchange your product, please contact our support team(support@odins-hall.com) to find out how to return it.

However, all returns are at the customer's expense.

When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Your refund will be made to the same method of payment you used to purchase the returned items. It will take a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your package by the logistics provider until the return is processed in our warehouse. Even if the tracking link indicates that your return has already been received in our warehouse, we may need this time to process your return.

We will send you a refund confirmation e-mail.

The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 working days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We try to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible, so the time taken to cancel your order is minimal. In the worst case, you can return your order for a refund.

Is there a guarantee?

All our products come with a 6-month warranty. We take charge of any problem with your products if they are not in conformity with their description or defective. Depending on your choice, you will receive either a return or a refund.

Are there customs charges?

On the vast majority of our products, there are no customs charges. However, with products such as axes or shields, some charges may apply. However, if you send proof of these charges to our customer service department, we'll refund you immediately.

How do I change my order?

Getting your order wrong is a common problem. If you need to change your order, you should contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that they can modify your order in time. In the worst case, you can send your products back to us for exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Once your order has been validated on our website, we commit to dispatch it within 1 to 2 working days. If the delivery address is in Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 days. You can rely on our preparation team to do their utmost to protect your package and dispatch it in the best possible condition.

Exceptions: Our axes and shields may require additional time (7 to 15 days). This is due to stricter customs controls and the fact that some items are made to order to guarantee their quality. We always strive to minimize these delays so that we can supply your products as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

My order tracking is blocked, what can I do?

This may be a problem with the tracking service itself. Contact the service's technical support(support@odins-hall.com) for further information.

Delivery times have passed. What can I do?

If delivery times have clearly been exceeded and you have not yet received your order, we recommend that you contact us to obtain more precise information on the status of your parcel. We will then be able to provide you with information on any delays and how to proceed.

Is there a delivery charge?

We do our utmost to make shipping as affordable as possible for you. For orders under €50, shipping costs €3.90. However, we are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders over €50. Take this opportunity to discover our wide range of Viking jewelry.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password? Enter your e-mail address and click on "Send" to receive an e-mail containing a link.(Warning: this e-mail may take some time to reach you and may appear in your spam/junk mail folder). Click on the link in the reset e-mail when you receive it, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use this new password to log in to your account.

How do I create a customer account?

Each customer may have only one Odin's Hall account.

  • Go to the registration page
  • Enter your e-mail address, surname, first name and password in the fields defined and
    validate by clicking on the "Create an account" button

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your account has been registered.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

On the home page, you'll find a newsletter registration form.

Enter your e-mail address in the box provided, then click ok. You'll then hear from us regularly: news and launches, articles and events, as well as personalized offers.
