Our Viking Rings for putting on memorable straights.

Because Jewellery making is a self-respecting art, we go to talented craftsmen to make our rings. We have a soft spot for tungsten rings, which you'll see in great numbers in our ring collection.

Why go to a jewellery store when you can pick up a ring here?

Because it's a bit more complicated to choose your size on an online shop, I'll grant you that. That's why before ordering a ring, I invite you to take a good look at our size guide. Take the time to do it, it's important!

What are the different types of rings?

You will find in our shop, rings, rings and signet rings. In these same categories, you will see gold plated, silver, tungsten, stainless steel, a bit of resin in some models and maybe some precious stones in the next months. In short there is something for everyone!

However, our online jewellery store is not fixed, there are limited editions and stock-outs. So if you see a piece of costume or realistic jewellery that you like, don't let it slip away.

Rings in the Vikings universe?

You'll have understood, you're on Odin's Hall, so our rings are inspired by the Nordic jewellery worn by our bearded friends. Our four Jarl rings, for example, are a huge hit. We're very pleased that you like them so much.

We strive to find designs for men and women that take you into the world of Norse mythology.

Forget the shells and other pearl necklaces, it'll be at the competition's house! Here it's war axes and black crows!

Our Viking Bracelets for putting on barbarian cuffs.

But we also have bracelets, that goes without saying. And for that matter, there's a lot more choice. At the same time, choosing a bracelet is not easy, it has to fit perfectly with your style. So, we'll let you take a look and choose the style that suits you the most.

How to choose your Viking bracelet?

You will find leather bracelets, silver bracelets, steel bracelets. They represent different deities or Nordic symbols.

They are all made of leather.

This is a first way to choose your bracelet, if there is a symbol that speaks to you, that you like or better that fits you. So don't hesitate anymore !

On the other hand, if it is the appearance that interests you the most, then you will have to think about the clothes you wear so that your bracelet matches your style perfectly.

How are your Viking bracelets made?

The manufacturing is mostly due to the knowledge of our craftsmen, but for some models it is industrial. Especially concerning the bracelets available in three lengths. The craftsmen rarely propose different sizes, because it takes too long to make stocks.

How to measure the length of your wrist?

Our bracelets are either one size fits all i.e. 21cm in length, but some models are available in 19cm and 23cm.

Get a string and a ruler and measure around your wrist, if you don't want to receive a product that is too big or too small for you.

Our Viking Necklaces... Our favorite Viking jewellery!

And finally, we have a set of Viking necklaces. So no heart pendants and other fine stones but well and truly powerful and legendary Nordic symbols waiting to be around your neck.

How to choose the length of the chain

On Odin's Hall it is 50 or 70 cm. It will depend on your height, your build but also how you like to wear a necklace.

How to choose the material of your Viking necklace?

It is absolutely necessary to avoid the chain irritating your neck, so think about checking the characteristics of the jewellery to make sure you don't have any allergies to the metals used. However, we mostly use stainless steel.

What are Odin's Hall Viking Necklaces?

Be careful which one you pick up, some are heavy to wear. We're talking about Viking jewellery. Especially the Viking necklace symbol of thor and wolf fenrir.

The History of Viking Jewellery

The Vikings loved jewellery... but like really! And I'm going to quickly explain to you the reason for this craze. At first glance you may find it a bit weird that Vikings, those big blond barbarians, are so interested in objects of pomp and circumstance.  It's true that in the collective imagination, when we talk about Vikings, we immediately think of big, 2-metre tall guys who are interested in only 2 things : Food and fighting !

But in reality... we are far from this image. First of all the Vikings were a people with a lot of belief and very spiritual (if, I swear). Norse mythology is so rich and exciting! I'll tell you more about it when I introduce you to our 5 favourite designs in a few minutes. Anyway, why did the Vikings wear so much jewellery? Well it was a way for them to show their Social Status.

The first reason why the Vikings were so keen on ornaments is that they were a currency of exchange.

The jewels among the Vikings were also used as a currency of exchange! Yes, at the time there was no established currency, so they made do with what they had. And of course, it's easier to exchange a small jewel that can be slipped into a pocket than to pay with a chicken or a cow... you know what I mean! Among the Vikings, jewels were often composed of silver, bronze or even gold, so they were valuable pieces.
But there is still a reason why they occupied an important place among our great Scandinavians... Religion.

As I told you, the Vikings were a very religious people where beliefs were an important part of their life and culture. For example, you've probably already heard that the reason the Vikings loved fighting is because, according to Norse mythology, a Viking who died in battle would go to Valhalla led by the Valkyries.  And when you see what Valhalla looks like... it's pretty cool we'll say, and it motivates you well to fight!!
Anyway, back to our jewellery...

Norse mythology is full of all kinds of symbols... and we can find these religious symbols on the jewels that the Vikings wore. In fact, when a Viking died, he was left with his bracelets and necklaces to accompany him in the afterlife. Jewelry was that important you see. Well now that you know all about their use... it's time for me to introduce you to ours.

The whole team is working hard to find you the best Vikings jewellery... the accessories that will make you a stylish guy who commands attention and exudes charisma ! Because I'm telling you straight out... the accessories I'm about to introduce to you don't go unnoticed, they attract attention. So, a word of warning... we don't do flashy things. We're simply offering classy, sleek jewellery that will add a manly touch to your style.

So in the following lines, I'm going to present you a small selection of 5 favourite models... you'll see, you'll love it.

A Viking Jewel with the effigy of Fenrir

A Simple, Sleek, Classy bracelet.

This Viking bracelet isn't tacky... but those around you will notice for sure! You can wear this bracelet with a casual outfit and it will look creamy. You'll see on this bracelet two wolf heads... well that's Fenrir! Fenrir is the offspring of Loki (the God of dirty tricks, a real sadist that one). And I can tell you that the beast is not soft.

Even the Asgard Gods are afraid of Fenrir... and almost no one dares go near him. The Aesir Gods were so afraid of him that they called in the Elves as reinforcements to build a rope strong enough to tie Fenrir down. In short, the wolf Fenrir is powerful, wild, feared, independent and strong... and when I tell you he is strong, I am not kidding. During the Ragnarok (it's kind of like the apocalypse in Norse mythology), the wolf Fenrir will kill Odin, the "God" of the Gods.

You'll get the idea, it's a bracelet with a lot of meanings. Oh, and I almost forgot, this bracelet is made of stainless steel. That means it won't rust and it's very durable. In short, it's not the trinket you buy at the flea market that will break in a few days! Nop, it's solid, it will be able to stay on your wrist for years without deforming.

 Bracelet Viking tête de Fenrir

Now I'd like to introduce you to a other Viking jewellery.

A Viking Jewel featuring Fenrir and Thor

A necklace full of symbols too... and I'll explain everything.

First of all, like the previous bracelet, we find the two heads of the wolf Fenrir (the offspring of Loki, the God of cheap shots). Both wolves are wearing a hammer as a pendant... and if you know even a little bit about Viking mythology (or you've watched the Marvels), you'll recognise straight away that this is a reference to Thor, the son of Odin. But what most people don't know... is that Thor's hammer has a little name!" And I'll reveal it to you in a moment.

You should know that Vikings like to give names to their weapons or even their animals... and if you read a bit of Viking mythology you'll see it very quickly.
Anyway, as far as Thor's hammer is concerned, heir of Asgard and God of Lightning, his hammer is called: Mjöllnir. And the truth... is that Thor is inseparable from his hammer! The two entities are complementary. That is, Thor without his hammer... he's not at his best. And Mjöllnir without Thor, well, he's just a heavy, bulky hammer. That's how I see this Viking necklace.

It needs a wearer who fully assumes his virility and his passion for Vikings...and in exchange this Viking jewel will accompany you everywhere and will attract the attention of your loved ones!
It's envious isn't it? You can add it to your basket if you wish.

Viking Necklace - Symbol of Thor - Fenrir Wolf

Now I'm going to introduce you to a very special pattern...

A Viking Jewel wearing the Vegvisir

Ah the Vegvisir... it is a very special symbol, but also very mysterious. Experts in Norse mythology do not all agree on the meaning of this symbol. Nevertheless, there seems to be a prevailing thought, and that is what I am going to tell you about here. Vegvisir is said to be a symbol of protection... when the Vikings were at sea on their giant Drakkar!

That's also why this symbol is called: Vegvisir's compass. This symbol accompanied the brave Vikings on their journey... and it took some luck at the time to not get lost. Because there was no Google Map... and not even GPS. So even if we could find our way with the stars... well, it was a bit of a pain when the sky was overcast (or our guys had a bit too much to drink after a victory). Bref, this necklace has a lot of style... it's a blast!!

Yes, it doesn't look modern, yes, it's not classic... But with this Viking necklace around your neck... you've clearly got something extra compared to the others. A great piece of Viking jewellery to stand out from the crowd and shine in front of your family, colleagues and the whole world. Oh, and a little gift from home... this gorgeous necklace comes in a wooden box that looks great ! Because yes...we're perfectionists and we want you to have the best Viking friend. Come on, I'll introduce you to another bracelet you'll love.

 Collier Viking boussole du Vegvisir

A Viking jewel bearing the Tree of Life symbol

A great piece that we are really proud to present to you. You will be able to choose between 4 colours:

  • Silver
  • Silver/Black
  • Bronze
  • Copper

Bref... you can really pick the colour that really makes you tick, yep, it's on the house! Otherwise let's talk a bit about the symbol: Shaft of Life.

For fans of Norse mythology you will have recognised the Yggdrasil very quickly.
Well clearly... Yggdrasil is a pillar of Norse mythology! And when I say "pillar" it is as well in the figurative sense as in the literal one. Because indeed, it is on the Yggdrasil that rests the 9 worlds of the Viking mythology... yep nothing else !  Yggdrasil would have also powers... indeed, it would contain the secret of runes. That's why Odin (the God in Asgard) impaled himself with his spear for 9 days on Yggdrasil... but that's another story.
So you get the idea... this bracelet is carrying symbols

And that's not all, it's made from a high quality zinc alloy... so it's solid you don't have to worry about. Come on, I'm presenting you with one last piece of Viking jewellery for the road, if you're a mysterious guy and like your jewellery a bit more understated... then you'll love it.

This Viking Jewel covered in Nordic runes

Actually, runes are an alphabet for Vikings...but it's a bit special anyway!
Like you're not going to write your shopping list in runes...that would be sacrilege. Runes are like mums...they're sacred !

There is a very religious aspect to runes, so they should be used sparingly. Today ? We know more or less the meaning of each rune... but we are not 100% sure. And in this way, it is very likely that the same rune has several meanings depending on the context. If we don't know more about runes... it's because the Viking people transmitted knowledge orally. So inevitably, there are fewer traces, and our scientists have a hard time finding evidence to put a meaning on a rune.

Let's get back to our Viking incantatory rune bracelet. You will see on the bracelet several different runes, these are the little shapes inscribed in gold colour on the bracelet. And what I love about this ? It's that it attracts attention! Like, a girl might come up to you and ask what it means... it's silly but it's a conversation starter (and for hooking up it's easier). You shouldn't underestimate this effect, guys (and girls too, of course).

As far as manufacturing goes...we didn't fuck with you.  The Viking incantatory rune bracelet is made out of stainless steel :

  • It doesn't rust
  • It's impact resistant
  • It lasts over time

A bracelet is a companion, you want to wear it all your life (or as long as possible), that's why it's important for us to offer you a quality piece that lasts over time and is resistant. And as a little bonus, we deliver you on this bracelet in a superb wooden box which can very well be used as a decoration object... yep, it's a gift, it's the house that offers!!
